How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. Approximate shipping time is 7-20 days depending on destination. Once the order has been fulfilled, we will send you a tracking number in order to follow the progress of your shipment.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items in our store shipping with E-pack or our Standard Shipping.
Where does my order ship from?
We source products globally and save you shipping costs by shipping from wherever we take possession of the merchandise. Your order could ship from a variety of locations.
How can I determine my ring size?
If you are unsure as to your ring size, please make sure and go to a store and have your finger measured before ordering. We DO NOT accept returns for rings ordered in the wrong size. Below, you can consult our Ring Sizing Chart.
What are "Simulated" gemstones?
"Simulated" means artificially created, and most of the simulated gemstones we offer are made of Cubic Zirconia. Using Cubic Zirconia, we are able to offer the same luxury looks and feels as true gemstones, but at prices that everyone can afford.
How can I determine if my mobile phone will fit in an evening bag?
Please review the measurements of all bags & your phone carefully! Some bags may not fit your mobile phone. The inside measurements will be approximately 1 cm (3/8") LESS in both width & height than the actual measurements of the outside of the bag (listed in the product description).
Does Unibest charge for customs, taxes, VAT, or any other extra fees?
Unibest does not collect any payment for customs, taxes, VAT, currency conversion rates, or any other fees, and cannot reimburse these extra charges if there are any. Please note that all SHIPPING is FREE! Many times there will be no extra charges for duties and customs but that will be determined shipment by shipment by each country.
Customs: We recommend that you research with your local customs office about shipping personal items into your country via e-pack or thru the post-office.
VAT: We do not charge for VAT (Value-Added Tax) and cannot cover any charges which your country may possibly add.
Currency Conversion: Although you can choose to display prices in different currencies, each transaction will be charged in US dollars.
Post Office: We cannot say for certain whether your local post will charge you for Customs/Duties for the products you order. If you have any questions, please contact your local post for more information.
Can I exchange a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we must be notified within the 10 day period after receipt of goods. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back with you immediately!
What is the Return Policy?
In the event that you do not receive your order or receive an item that is either damaged, poor quality or not as per the description on our website we will issue a refund. We will not accept any returns without you receiving a prior Return Authorization number from Unibest. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back with you the same day.
If we require the item to be returned, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
All requests for refunds must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and all merchandise items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Rings ordered in the wrong size
- Please make sure before ordering rings, that you know your correct ring size (refer to ring size chart on item description), or have had your finger measured prior to ordering.
- Evening bags that don't fit your mobile phone
